Design Notes
NifA has two PstI sites (biobrick site). We had to insert NifA (cut with EcoRI and SpeI) in front of lacI and RFP to avoid cutting with PstI. Any future projects involving this plasmid needs to take this into account.
Source
NifA comes from Klebsiella Pneumonia genomic DNA. lacI and RFP come from biobricks.
